Day 5

No graphs for Day 5 as I left my shoes in NC last weekend. My sent them via UPS and were supposed to be here yesterday. Guess what, still not here. So, I put on my old shoes and ran 2 miles (miserable). It was like running on rocks. Anyway, hopefully UPS will come through today and I will be able to post a good Day 6 run.

Day 4

Off today... yay!

Day Three

Ok, only Day 3 of the blog but today was 4 straight days of running (so many consecutive days due to the dog issues noted in Day 2's post). Anyway, ran 5k and every freaking k hurt like hell. That is all I have to say... see below for today's run (note that the peaks and valley's in these runs are all the hills around here - which suck). Heading back to the Ham today.

Day Three's Run

Day Two

In order to test yesterday's theory, I ran again today. Well that is not the only reason... The other, and probably more important reason is that Max is no longer allowed out of the dog pen in Highlands because he and his ill behaved cousin Sal ruined some of the plants in the yard. This ordinarily would not be a big deal but The Bull has used most of the last fluid movements left in his body to plant said plants. All that said, Max needed some miles. I set the Ipod for a 5k... fortunately or unfortunately (we will see how the leg feels later), the 5 k ended a little too far from home so I went a little farther. Anyway, see below.

Today's Run

Day One

I needed a place to keep up with my progress and a place where a few others can go and see where I am. That said, this seemed to be the easiest place.

Day One:
I hate to start day one with a complaint but that is what is about to happen. I ran yesterday and my leg was hurting. I tried to avoid a run today but my sister convinced me to go anyway. Once again, it hurt. However, it is now a couple of hours after our run and it is feeling ok (maybe it needed some extra running). Anyway, see below for today's run.
